To expand on the success of the table-top Mandolin slicer, I developed new compact hand-held Mandolin and Julianne slicers for OXO. The food guard snaps to the slicers to protect the blade, santoprene grip areas for firm control in the hand and use directly over bowl. The Mandolin has 3 blade positions for varied slice thickness and a lock setting to protect hand during cleaning and storage.
