Pixel Buds bring Google smarts right to your ears. Touch and hold the right earbud to ask your Assistant to play music, make a phone call, or get directions, all without pulling out your phone. If you have an upcoming meeting or you’re waiting on a text from a friend, the Assistant can alert you to a calendar event or incoming message, and even read it to you if you can’t look at your phone at that moment. Pixel Buds can even translate between languages in real time using Google Translate on Pixel, Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL. It’s like you’ve got your own personal translator with you everywhere you go.

Google Pixel Buds integrate hardware, software and AI to bring an experience that goes beyond just sounding great. We reduced the form to its very essence, using pure geometric shapes that strike an iconic silhouette. Pixel Buds embrace the tether, using a beautiful yet durable fabric cord that seamlessly forms an adjustable ear loop, making them comfortable, secure, and quick to adjust for a customized fit without having to swap out extra pieces. Pixel Buds omitted the remote that most wired headphones have and put all the controls in a touchpad on the right earbud, allowing for more intuitive gesture controls (tap, swipe, press) and a simpler overall form. The charging case is designed to be something carried next to your clothing. Wrapped in soft, durable heathered microfiber fabric, it breaks the conventions of a consumer electronic. The challenge of cable management was solved with an innovative wrap, allowing tethered earbuds to be neatly stowed inside the pocket-sized charging case for on-the-go power.

Every element has been deeply considered to elevate the Pixel audio experience. From the hidden LED indicators that only appear when you need them, simple magnetic case with innovative cable wrap, down to the laser etched R/L speaker grills to fun color pop to co-ordinate with your phone.
